This week the Claires Court Junior Choir joined 5,000 other children from 95 schools to perform as a single choir at the Young Voices Charity Concert at Wembley Arena.
Led by Emma Stevenson, Head of Junior Music, the talented and tuneful team of 48 boys and girls from Years 4, 5 and 6 performed a variety of songs at the show.
The concert, which raised money for children’s mental health charity, Place2Be, also included performances from Laura Wright, Ward Thomas and the Beatbox Collective. The many hours of practice paid off and it was an incredible opportunity for the children to experience the thrill of live performance in a world-class venue. All in all a fantastic celebration of song, dance and beatboxing.
